1.      Merespon dengan cara mengulang kosa kata baru dengan ucapan lantang.

2.      Merespon instruksi guru dan teman di dalam kelas secara verbal

3.      Melakukan percakapan untuk meminta atau memberi informasi yang melibatkan tindak tutur yang digunakan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.

4.      Membaca nyaring dengan intonasi yang tepat dan memahami kalimat dan teks deskriptif bergambar sederhana.

5.      Mengeja kosa kata bahasa Inggris sederhana secara tepat.

6.      Memahami kalimat dan pesan tertulis sederhana.

Ø  Students are asked to answer some questions related to the picture:
o   What can you see?

They are ….
o   Who is she/he?
She’s/he’s a ….
o   Etc.

Whilst Activity
Ø  Teacher shows the next picture of page 32/F.
Ø  Teacher points out the picture/shows flash cards and asks some questions:
o   T: What should we do at school? (teacher showing  a picture)
S1: Wear a uniform.
T  : And?
S2: Don’t chew gum.
o   T : What should we do in the pool?
S2: Wear a swim cap.
T  : And?
S2: Don’t run near pool.
o   Etc.
Ø  Students are asked to practice the questions and answers with partner.

Ø  Teacher explains how to complete the worksheet.
Ø  Students are asked to start completing the worksheet.

Ø  Teacher points out the picture/shows flash cards and asks some questions using the words/phrases below the pictures.

B: No, I didn’t. Can you help me?
A: Sure.

o   A: Did you study for English test?
B: Yes, I did.

o   A: Did you learn the song for music class?
B: No, I didn’t. It’s difficult. Can you help me?
A: Of course.

o   A: Did you learn formulas for math class?
B: No, I didn’t. It’s difficult. Can you help me?
A: No problem.

o   Etc. (based on the pictures)
Ø  Students are asked to practice the pattern of conversation with partner.
