1.    Merespon dengan cara mengulang kosa kata baru dengan ucapan lantang.

2.    Merespon instruksi guru dan teman di dalam kelas secara verbal.

3.    Melakukan percakapan untuk meminta dan memberi bantuan dan barang.

4.    Membaca nyaring dengan intonasi yang tepat dan memahami kalimat dan teks deskriptif bergambar sederhana.

5.    Mengeja kosa kata bahasa Inggris sederhana secara tepat.

6.    Memahami kalimat dan pesan tertulis sederhana.

Pre-Activity	Ø  Teacher shows a pictures of page 32/E Ø  Teacher tells the class a story about the picture. Ø  Students are asked to answer some questions related to the picture: o   What season is it? It is fall/autumn. o   What are they doing? They are raking leaves. o   What are these boys doing? They are playing rugby. o   Etc.	15’
Whilst Activity	Ø  Teacher shows the next picture of page 32/F. Ø  Teacher points out the pictures/shows flash cards and asks some questions: o   A: What did you do last summer? B: I learned to surf. A: Did you see any shark? B: No, I didn’t. o   A: What did you do last week? B: I helped dad at work. A: Did you work hard? B: Yes, I did. o   A: What did you do last spring? B: I built a tree house. A: Did you paint it? B: Yes, I did. o   A: What did you do during vacation? B: I went to Germany. A: Did you study German? B: Yes, I did. o   Etc.(based on the pictures) Ø  Students are asked to practice the pattern of conversation with the book closed.	35’
